Refund Policy


We have a very liberal refundable policy. In case we are not able to resolve your technical glitches then we refund the entire amount. You may request us for a refund upon cancelling your subscription within 30 days of purchase of your subscription. Once we receive a refund request it will be processed within 7-10 business working days.
Refunds are processed once we receive a mail from the registered email address in our records. We do not process via phone or chat. We need a written confirmation from the customer. The terms which may void the refund request-

  • If you are requesting for refund from an email address which is not registered with us

  • If you are requesting for refund from a credit card which wasn’t the same as the one you used to process payment while placing an order for your subscription

  • If you places a request by any medium besides mail

  • In case if we are unable to resolve even 1 issue with your computer or devices in the first 15 days you are entitled for complete refund

  • The case was not resolved within 7 days

  • The issue is out of scope for the particular incident plan

  • If you chose to cancel the subscription after 15 days and there are one or more cases resolved , you will get a refund after deducting one time service charge of  $99.99.This is only applicable within first 60 days of subscription

  • You are entitled for complete money back if our technicians are unable to resolve a single issue

  • There is no refund for the change of mind for incident support plans
